Acceptance

By using Funzys you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use Funzys

Funzys is for parents and adult guardians (18+). Kids do not get accounts — a child only exists in Funzys as profile data on a parent’s account, managed by that parent. You are responsible for the kid information you choose to add and confirm you have the right to add it.

What Funzys does

Funzys helps you discover age-right places and activities, save favorites, write reviews, log visits, connect with trusted families, and read a parent-only community. Place details (hours, ratings, photos) come from third-party providers such as Google and are fetched on demand; we surface when they were last verified, but we don’t guarantee their accuracy or that a place is open, safe, or suitable. Always use your own judgment for your family.

Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. In short: no child targeting or posting, no harassment or unsafe solicitation, no sharing of private child/family/contact/location/medical information, no spam or deceptive promotion, and no content that doesn’t belong in a family app.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the reviews, posts, and photos you create.
• You grant Funzys a limited license to store and display that content to the audiences you choose (e.g. trusted families), so the service can function.
• You must have the rights to anything you upload, and must not post identifiable child media by default.
• We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Your account

Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data or delete your account and all family data at any time from the app.

Disclaimers

Funzys is provided “as is.” Place information is informational only and may be incomplete or out of date. Funzys is not responsible for third-party venues, events, or providers, and does not provide medical, legal, or safety advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funzys and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on place information.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes will be surfaced in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Funzys and delete your account at any time.
